I don’t offer cookie-cutter advice. Option A: Focused Guidance
This is a great option for smaller agencies that need strategic direction without feeling overwhelmed.
What you’ll get:
One 3-hour session per month or two shorter sessions split to maintain momentum and focus.
We’ll dive into your top priorities and challenges—whether it’s cash flow management, streamlining operations, or cracking down on client relationships.
You’ll also have direct access to me through phone, WhatsApp, or Slack for those difficult challenges, quick questions, or maybe just to chew the fat.
This package provides strategic guidance without the overload, helping you make steady, manageable progress.
£1,250 + VAT per month
Option B: More Support, Bigger Goals
For agencies that are ready to grow, this option goes deeper.
What you’ll get:
All the benefits of Option A, but with additional involvement in your agency’s core functions.
I’ll help you work through leadership challenges, assist with key hires, and offer direct support and leadership on internal change, such as implementing new management systems like Entrepreneurial Operating System or rebranding your agency to better align with your growth vision.
I’ll also provide ongoing feedback on recruitment and team dynamics, helping you align your internal structure with your business goals for long-term success.
This level is all about scaling while building a solid foundation for your future growth.
£2,500 + VAT per month
Option C: All-In Partnership
This option is designed for agencies that are seriously committed to growth and need a more intense level of involvement.
What you’ll get:
A hands-on partnership where I’ll work closely with founders/shareholders and the board/leadership team.
I’ll help define and execute a corporate strategy aimed at scaling, acquisitions, or exiting, guiding you through key decisions such as mergers, financial planning, and strategic investments.
Expect regular communication and involvement in high-stakes pitches, leadership meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
I’ll cover off every area of the business from operations and finance, to client services, sales, and marketing to ensure they are all performing as they should.
I’ll help you form a brilliant leadership team, and meet individually with them on a regular basis to ensure they are staying aligned and motivated.
This option is for those who are ready to make significant changes and invest in long-term success and would like me to wake up every morning thinking about their business.
£4,500 + VAT per month
How We’ll Work Together
I don’t really do ‘terms’ but here are a few things that make our working relationship smoother and more enjoyable:
Be real with me. No sugar-coating. The faster we’re honest with each other, the quicker we’ll get results.
Good beats perfect. I’m all about moving fast and making progress. Perfect is subjective, but progress is measurable.
Keep the vision in sight. When things get murky, we’ll come back to your big picture. It’ll keep us both grounded.
Communicate like grown-ups. Leave the egos at the door. Open, clear communication is the secret sauce.
If it’s not working, let’s say so. No hard feelings. We’ll either fix it or part ways, but we’ll be better friends than when we started.
Value over time. I don’t clock-watch. Sometimes it’s quiet, sometimes it’s full-on. The goal is to deliver value, not count the hours.
No equity, just effort. I’ll never ask for a share of your business, but I’ll treat it like it’s my own. Your success is my priority.
